Understanding the patterns that shape how we live — and building the capacity to change them.

When you keep doing what you don't want to do

Most of us, at some point, find ourselves doing things we don't want to do — or failing to do the things we know would help us. We avoid, we procrastinate, we repeat patterns that have hurt us before. This is the territory of behavioural health coaching.

Why both therapy and coaching matter

Coaching without a therapeutic foundation can help you set goals and build habits — but if the behaviour is rooted in something deeper (anxiety, early experience, unmet needs, trauma), those changes rarely stick. Therapy without the practical, forward-looking element of coaching can produce profound insight — but insight alone doesn't always translate into action.

What I offer is the integration of both. We go deep enough to understand what is driving the behaviour, and we build practical enough tools to actually change it.

What this looks like in practice

Behavioural health coaching with me is bespoke — shaped entirely by you, your patterns, and what you want your life to look like. It might involve working through the psychological roots of a particular behaviour, building new daily structures, developing healthier responses to stress, or learning to recognise and interrupt specific triggers.

This work is relevant for compulsive behaviours, addiction-adjacent patterns, avoidance, self-sabotage, and the kind of stuck-ness that feels impossible to explain but is very real.
