Specialist recovery coaching and psychotherapy, rooted in lived experience and clinical rigour.
I have been supporting people through addiction, complex mental health, and neurodiversity for over a decade — accumulating more than 10,000 hours of direct one-to-one work. My experience spans private practice, 24/7 live-in care.
What sets my approach apart is something that cannot be learned in a lecture theatre. Rooted in my own personal journey of recovery, I bring a quality of understanding to this work that my clients consistently describe as different — a presence that is non-judgmental, steady, and genuinely compassionate.
I work with people from all walks of life who are ready to do serious, committed work on themselves. I offer sessions in both Arabic and English, bringing genuine cultural understanding to clients from Middle Eastern backgrounds.
No two people are the same, so no two treatment plans are the same. I draw on a range of established therapeutic modalities — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic psychotherapy, and 12-step frameworks — selecting and combining approaches based on what each person actually needs.
I create a safe space for deep self-exploration: a space to understand behavioural patterns, explore their root causes, and begin the work of lasting change. This is not about quick fixes. It is about genuine, sustainable transformation.
I consult globally for leading psychological and CQC-registered organisations, providing tailored care plans and intensive therapeutic interventions. I bring the same level of rigour, discretion, and care to every private client I support.
