For over a decade, I have supported individuals and families navigating addiction, complex mental health and neurodiversity. I specialise in helping people transform their lives beyond any external or internal barriers. My approach is tailored to every person, combining the depth of psychotherapy and the momentum of coaching.

For over a decade I have supported people through addiction, mental health challenges and neurodiversity, helping them build the life they want beyond any label.
My approach begins with firsthand experience of recovery. Alongside it sits more than 10,000 hours of one-to-one clinical work. I'm completing an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Birkbeck, University of London, and hold the CCAR Certified Recovery Coach qualification.
What I offer is the depth of understanding why patterns keep repeating and the required tools to change it.
I work with adults from every background and walk of life, professionals and students, parents and partners. Most people I see simply come for weekly sessions, in person or online. For those who need more, there's an intensive option, up to round-the-clock support. You don't have to be at breaking point, and you don't have to have it all worked out first.
You shouldn't have to choose between understanding why something is happening and doing something about it.
Drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex or any compulsive behaviour. Root-cause psychotherapy paired with structured recovery coaching, for first attempts, and for those for whom rehab alone was never enough.
Discreet outpatient programmes, relapse prevention built around a demanding life, family guidance, and coordination with clinicians and sober companions where needed.

Availability is deliberately limited. Enquiries are handled personally and in confidence.
"Everything discussed is held in absolute confidence. No waiting rooms. No records shared. Discretion is not a feature of this work; it is the foundation of it."
Before working with Bishoy, my life was unmanageable. From the beginning I felt safe, understood and supported. I can think more clearly and am far more resilient. If someone had asked whether I could ever have this new way of life, I would never have believed them.
I came to Bishoy completely depleted after years of pushing hard professionally. What I found was someone who understood both the clinical side of what I was experiencing and the practical reality of the life I was living. He helped me rebuild, slowly and properly, from the inside out.
I had been through rehab twice before I found Bishoy. What was different this time wasn't just the sobriety. I finally understood myself. Two years on, I'm still using everything he taught me.

Yes — everything I offer (psychotherapy, recovery coaching, family support) is available fully in Arabic or English. Being heard in your own language often changes what the work can reach.
Completely. Discretion is the foundation of the practice. No waiting rooms, no shared records, and options for phone-only or off-site sessions for anyone who needs them.
An intensive arrangement where I provide around-the-clock therapeutic and recovery support in the UK, or internationally on request, built entirely around one client. It can be an alternative to residential rehab, or the bridge that makes recovery hold afterwards.
Fees depend on the structure of the work, weekly sessions, an intensive programme, or live-in support. Everything begins with a confidential conversation, with no obligation beyond it.
No script, no pressure, no obligation, whether you're enquiring for yourself or someone you love. Write a few lines below, or reach out however feels most comfortable, in English or Arabic.
