Intensive Support — London
When the situation cannot wait for a weekly appointment, immediate, intensive, clinically grounded support.
When the situation cannot wait for a weekly appointment, immediate, intensive, clinically grounded support.
Some situations cannot wait for a weekly appointment. When someone is in genuine crisis, whether that is acute relapse, a mental health emergency, a period of severe destabilisation, or a situation that requires immediate, intensive support — what is needed is not a referral to a waiting list. It is presence, expertise, and availability, now.
This is work I have significant experience in. Much of my career has been built in high-intensity environments, including extensive 24/7 live-in work with individuals in acute crisis.
Crisis support with me is entirely responsive to the situation. It may involve intensive daily sessions during a period of acute difficulty. It may involve being physically present — available around the clock as a live-in support during a relapse or breakdown. It may involve working in close coordination with clinical teams, psychiatrists, or family members.
Acute relapse (drug, alcohol, or behavioural) · Severe anxiety or panic · Acute depressive episodes · Suicidal ideation and self-harm · Post-discharge support following inpatient admission · Family or relational crisis.
I am available for crisis support at short notice. Please contact me directly by phone or WhatsApp. This is the fastest route.
Intensive daily sessions, online or in person in London, or 24/7 live-in support in the UK or internationally. English and Arabic.
