A completely confidential, non-judgmental space to explore compulsive sexual behaviour and find a sustainable way forward.
Sex addiction and compulsive sexual behaviour are among the most stigmatised and least discussed mental health challenges. People experiencing them often feel profound shame, isolation, and confusion. It does qualify as a real problem. And it is treatable.
Compulsive sexual behaviour involves a loss of control over sexual thoughts, urges, or actions — despite negative consequences to relationships, work, wellbeing, or self-esteem. Like other compulsive behaviours, it is typically a way of managing something else — anxiety, loneliness, shame, boredom, or emotional pain. Understanding what the behaviour is doing for you is the beginning of changing it.
I provide a completely non-judgmental, discreet, and confidential space to explore what is happening and why. I use a combination of psychotherapeutic exploration — to understand the roots of the behaviour — and practical coaching to build new coping strategies, healthier relational patterns, and a sustainable path forward.
Sessions are available online for maximum discretion, and all enquiries are treated with complete confidentiality.
